This was my fourth year in the row working on the Pimento visuals and I'm also going to be the event photographer again as well.
This year I reused some of the assets I made for the 2023 event which was the photo of one of the event organizers, Satu Eterna. We wanted to keep the theme separate from any specific religions, so no crosses or tombstones. Instead I used an image of an gateway which is an universal metaphor in most human cultures, appearing across mythology, religion, literature and art. It serves as a powerful symbol because it transforms the abstract, terrifying concept of "the end" into a tangible transition point.
Most of the assets were made for social media marketing again and I'm going to add some motion graphics again when we get closer to the event.
